Costs - Overview:

Registration fee (after permitted application):
€ 150 per choir, which will not be refunded. (For participation in two categories: € 250,-) 

Travel costs (arrival and departure): At the expense of participating choirs.

Participation fee:
€ 80,- for each participant respectively accompanying person.
NEW!! € 65,- for each participant respectively accompanying person.

The participation-fee includes the airport transfers, one meal per day (in addition to breakfast which is included in the accommodation-fee), all admissions for festival, workshops and meeting-concerts as well as the newly provided city tour guided through the historical center of Gelnhausen.

In order to guarantee the best possible conditions for participation in the "1st Heart of Europe Choir Competition" a minimum stay of at least three nights is required. Accommodations must be booked via the organizing committee.

Deadline for final payment: 15.05.2010

Cancellation: Cancellation must be forwarded in writing. Until 01.05.2010 50% of the payment will be refunded. After 01.05.2010 no refound should be expected.
